1. Service Agreement
By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the terms listed here. We are committed to
delivering the services as described, and you agree to provide honest, accurate information
when scheduling.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy
● Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours ahead.
● To cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be charged a
cancellation fee.
3. Payments
● Payment must be made in full on the day of service unless agreed otherwise.
● We accept Electronic Payment Gateway for your convenience.
● All prices are final once confirmed during booking, unless extra services are added
later.
4. Access and Preparation
● Clients must ensure that our cleaners have safe and easy access to the property at
the scheduled time.
● Please store away valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings prior to cleaning.
5. Damage and Liability
● Our team handles every service with care, but accidents can happen.
● Any existing damages should be reported before service.
● In case of any new damage caused by us, please inform us within 24 hours for
evaluation.
6. Service Guarantee
● If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.
● We will return to re-clean the areas of concern free of charge.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our
website.
